In 2019, NovaShip was founded with a single, clear mission: fix the broken last-mile delivery experience for online merchants. Our founders had seen first-hand how unreliable, opaque logistics was costing e-commerce businesses customers, reviews, and revenue.
Starting with a small partner network in the UK, we built a technology platform that gave merchants and customers real visibility into every step of the delivery journey. Within a year, we had processed our first million parcels.
Today, NovaShip operates across 35+ countries with over 200 fulfillment hubs. We’ve delivered over 50 million parcels — and we’re just getting started.
